Al-Ahleia has installed, tested and commissioned many tailor made substations.

The installations involve equipment like 132 kV Switchgear,Transformers, all types of Low Voltage Boards, Motor Control Centres, Power Control Centres, Battery Chargers, Control & Relay Panels, On Load Tap Changer, Pilot Marshalling Panels, Telemetry Terminal Cabinet,Local Control Cubicles for 132kV Gas Insulated Switchgears and Cabling.

In addition to above HV/AC, Fire fighting/alarm system are also being carried out.

Al-Ahleia has been carrying out maintenance of 11 kV & 33 kV Sub-Stations to a high standard of workmanship. This work is carried out in accordance with Electrical, Environmental and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Immediately after Liberation of Kuwait , Al-Ahleia refurbished the complete switchgears, motors, pumps, busducts, battery & chargers, cabling work, etc. in Shuwaikh Distillation Plant which also included supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of 30/40 MVA Power Transformers.

Al-Ahleia provides the Engineering Consultancy for EPC projects. These projects includes: Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution Primary Substations and prefabricated/preengineered Packaged Substations up to 132kV systems. This involves overall design work of substation building and engineering, manufacturing/procurement, installation,testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, which goes in to these substations.

Al-Ahleia provides Engineering Services by carrying out analytical studies through team of Engineers who are experienced and specialized in ETAP software.
